研究领域:单颗粒冷冻电镜三维重构技术,生化与分子生物学,结构生物学。利用冷冻电镜三维重构技术解析生物体内重要酶以及大型复合物的精细结构,结合遗传学、生化与分子生物学、细胞生物学等手段阐明分子机制。
